Lead Behavioral Scientist

Role: Holly incorporates behavior change concepts into projects at the Digital Innovation Greenhouse (DIG). Holly applies theory, research, communication techniques, and technology to improve the habits of students who use the digital pedagogical tools and platforms developed within DIG.

Experience: Previous to her work with AI, Holly worked for the U-M Center for Health Communications Research and, prior to that, at the Center for Bioethics & Social Sciences at U-M. Through her work, she developed assessments and tailored content for over thirty large interventions covering a wide variety of behaviors. Additionally, she is trained in motivational interviewing and the use of plain language.
