Engagement & Iteration Manager

Role: Stephanie collaborates with faculty and course teams to build and develop learning opportunities for AI’s nascent and ongoing initiatives. She is intricately involved with ensuring the successful delivery of various AI initiatives and relaying the benefit of that experience to inform future experimentation. In addition, Stephanie contributes to the early stages of the initiative process, lending her expertise and perspective to design conversations as part of a multi-faceted instructional team.

Experience: Prior to her role at AI, Stephanie was a High-Tech Anthropologist at Menlo Innovations where she contributed to a variety of clients' projects. Previously, she worked as a UX Researcher at Cengage Learning and a Research Assistant in the Learning Education and Design (LED) Lab. In addition to her work in user experience and educational technology, Stephanie spent time researching fan communities in television and popular culture at the University of Southern California, and worked as a sound designer in Los Angeles.
