Operations Coordinator

Role: Camille works closely with members across the Office of Academic Innovation team to coordinate daily operations, human resources logistics, project intake and approval, development and streamlining of processes, and promotion of a positive workplace culture. She also provides operational support for the gameful learning initiative, focusing specifically on strategic planning, commercialization, account management, marketing and customer support.

Experience: Prior to joining the Academic Innovation team, Camille worked as Project Manager for the Virtual Center of Excellence (VCE), which was a non-profit funded by Detroit Wayne Mental Health Authority to provide high-quality workforce development solutions to mental health professionals, healthcare organizations and the community. She leveraged a cross-functional team responsible for providing web-based and live training opportunities along with workforce management and business support tools.
