Bachelor of Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Bowling Green State University
I chose to work at Academic Innovation because I was interested in how my skillset, being a graphic designer, could contribute to AI’s longterm goal of creating a personalized, engaged, and lifelong education for everyone. I greatly appreciate their dedication to learning more about diversity, equity, and inclusion and thinking about D, E, & I when designing and conceptualizing new digital tools and initiatives. Since working here I’ve gained a lot of insight of the digital tools AI has helped develop as well as the amazing collaborative and fellowship opportunities that are available for faculty and students.

As a hobby, I host and instruct paint parties! I believe that art is a great form of therapy for the mind and spirit and leading step-by-step art classes are a great way for me to help others heal, relax, and just simply have fun while doing something I love. I would also consider myself a branding unicorn and could tell you all things regarding logo design, conceptualization, brand vs. logo, brand tone, and more!
