I was inspired by the Center for Academic Innovation’s commitment to educational accessibility. Being a lifelong learner is important, and CAI makes that possible. I was seeking an opportunity to manage data for interdisciplinary community engagement. At CAI, I can do so in an environment that reflects and supports my values of accessibility and community in education.
As Marketing CRM Specialist Senior, Esther is excited to build out CAI’s community engagement systems (e.g CRM/Salesforce). Esther has managed data for interdisciplinary partnerships in public health, higher education, and arts industries throughout her career. She has an MPH from University of Michigan and a BA in Sociology and Arts Administration from Skidmore College.
Esther’s experience includes project and partnership management in various national trade associations such as the American Association of Colleges and Universities in Washington, DC. Most recently, Esther completed research internships at the University of Michigan with the Michigan School Safety Initiative and the Center for Disability Health and Wellness. She also served as Student Case Coordinator for the U-M Services for Students with Disabilities office.
