Why I Choose to Work at Academic Innovation

I came to the CAI because I value the opportunity to collaborate with faculty from diverse disciplines to create engaging, human-centered online courses. I thrive on implementing effective pedagogical strategies that support student learning while fostering connection and empathy in the online environment. Being part of the CAI enables me to apply my expertise in ways that genuinely impact both faculty and students.
