Rachel serves as the Operations Coordinator Senior at the Center for Academic Innovation. In this role, she focuses on streamlining operational processes, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the seamless execution of policies and procedures. She partners with leadership and team members to enhance efficiency, maintain compliance, and optimize resource allocation to further the center’s mission.
Before joining Academic Innovation, Rachel spent nine years as the Director of Operations at Ashcott Electrical, where she led operational strategies, resource allocation, and organizational development. Her accomplishments included increasing business revenue by 75%, implementing process improvements that boosted efficiency by 70%, and collaborating with software developers to create custom tools for business monitoring. Rachel also has extensive experience in human resources, budgeting, and contract negotiation.
