Stephanie Haley

Product Manager

Role: As a Product Manager at the Office of Academic Innovation, Stephanie works within the Strategic Initiatives team to define product vision, strategy, roadmap, milestones, and metrics to demonstrate impact for emerging and existing products within the Academic Innovation portfolio. She also analyzes the needs of learners and innovators to inform and support the design and iteration of new and existing products, as well as develop appropriate frameworks to shape how we communicate and share our work and product lifecycles.

Experience: Before joining the Office of Academic Innovation, Stephanie was a human-centered design facilitator at Ford Motor Company where she led design thinking workshops for cross-functional, diverse teams. Previously, she had worked in a variety of user-centered roles, including as an Engagement and Iteration Manager at AI and a High-Tech Anthropologist at Menlo Innovations. Prior to her work in user experience and educational technology, Stephanie spent time researching fan communities in television and popular culture and working as a sound designer for television commercials.
