Current Roles/Previous Experience:

Kati works directly for the Vice Provost for Academic Innovation and is involved with his three centers and initiatives. She currently leads the finance and human resource functions for the Center for Academic Innovation. She is also the current interim COO of the Duderstadt Center on North Campus.

Kati has worked for the University of Michigan for 43 years (a third generation lifetime employee) and has done just about everything. She especially enjoys working with others, using her mediation skills, leading diversity, teaching, and mentoring new employees.
