Why I Choose to Work at Academic Innovation:

“Academic Innovation provided an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of higher education and cutting edge analytics. At the end of the day, it’s always nice to be optimizing on undergraduate student performance instead of advertisement click-rates.”

Current Roles/Previous Experience:

Kyle is a Data Scientist at Academic Innovation. He is involved in supporting many of the projects across the Center for Academic Innovation portfolio by providing data-driven insights, generating reports, and investigating potential innovation ideas.

Prior to his current role, Kyle was a summer intern and later a fellow at the Center for Academic Innovation providing analytics assistance. During this time, he was an undergraduate student at the University of Michigan where he was able to gain experience in a number of class projects involving machine learning, software development, and web development.
