Caroline incorporates behavior change concepts into projects at the Center for Academic Innovation. She applies theory, research, communication techniques, and technology to improve the habits of students who use the digital tools and platforms developed within Academic Innovation.

Before joining Academic Innovation, Caroline worked at the U-M Center for Health Communications Research, Department of Psychiatry, and MHealthy.
