Current Roles/Previous Experience:

As a behavioral scientist, Molly designs and implements interventions for residential course software tools and online learning experiences. She currently spend most of her time on Tandem, a software tool that supports instructors and students with teamwork. She also works with the Teach-Out team that delivers short online learning experiences. She is interested in how we can make calls to action for participants in Teach-Outs.

Before this role, Molly worked in early stage design, user discovery, and business development for health technology.
