Market Research Support

The center may be able to help academic units interested in developing online and hybrid learning experiences conduct market research to support the success of their programs.

Exploring labor market trends, workforce skill needs, and trends in degree programs can help with the development of learning experiences. CAI can provide units with access to Lightcast Analyst to undertake this work. 

We have partnered with procurement to arrange master services agreements with leading market research firms, able to assist with program feasibility assessments, and customized primary qualitative and quantitative research.

Community of Practice

The Online and Hybrid Program Playbook is a comprehensive resource for academic units as they develop their programs. It outlines the program approval process, highlights critical compliance requirements and common issues triggered by distanced learning activities, and connects program stakeholders to different resources across campus that will support the success of their program.
