Why I Choose to Work at Academic Innovation

I chose to work as a UX researcher at CAI because of the opportunity to help create platforms that enhance student learning and experience. Having the privilege to advocate for students’ needs and ensure their voices are heard throughout the design and development process is incredibly rewarding.

Current Roles/Previous Experience

Adrian is a UX Researcher at Academic Innovation, specializing in conducting mixed-method research to uncover and deliver insights that shape user experiences across a diverse portfolio of educational technologies and online learning platforms.

Prior to his current role, Adrian was a student fellow on the UX research team at Academic Innovation in 2023 and 2024. Adrian also interned with the Federal Reserve’s UXR team, helping to conduct studies on internal tools, processes, and employee experiences. In addition to these roles, Adrian has held research roles at Student Life Research and Pure UX, and has undertaken client work on UX research projects for various organizations, ranging from small businesses to the university’s athletic department.
