The world needs greater access to high-quality, relevant lifelong learning opportunities for individuals and organizations. I have devoted my academic innovation career to crafting technology-enabled educational solutions for a range of audiences and I believe one of the most effective ways to scale these solutions is through strategic partnerships. I choose to work at Academic Innovation because it’s a place where I can combine my experience and leadership with the excellence of the University of Michigan and the Center’s cutting-edge capabilities. This powerful combination will unleash human and organizational potential.
As the Chief Education Solutions Officer at the Center for Academic Innovation, Suzanne plays a lead role in addressing organizational learning and workforce development challenges, leveraging CAI’s capabilities to drive revenue growth, deliver customized programs, and ensure exemplary service and support to organizations that turn to Michigan Online.
