I chose to work at Academic Innovation because the work is motivating and the colleagues are nice. When I was a student fellow at AI, I witnessed how our learners achieved their own goals through our online courses. Such as changing career paths or getting started in a completely new field. These messages motivate me to continue pursuing a career in online learning. Besides, whenever I need help, my colleagues are always here to support. Therefore, I would love to work with our team and achieve our goals together.
As a Course Operations Specialist (Generalist), Yuting engages with learners within our live courses, seeks opportunities for continuous improvements of our course portfolio, and shares learning stories.
Prior to her current role, Yuting was a Course Operations fellow and a Learner Engagement Assistant. She also worked as an English Tutor in an after school program, and Intensive Reading Teaching Assistant in college.
