Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills

Project description

Learners enter a 360-degree interactive experience to use key skills taught in the open online course "Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills." Learners make a pitch to investors similar to the TV show “Shark Tank.” The interactive learning experience in the “Negotiating with Investors” section allows learners to prepare, practice, learn, and reflect on the elements of good negotiations. They can use a headset, a laptop or a phone to participate in the experience.

Learning Goals

  1. Understand the negotiation strategies and skills necessary for success
  2. Master the key concepts in a negotiation, such as BATNA (best alternative to a negotiated agreement), reservation price, and target price
  3. Use a negotiation analysis to prepare for negotiations
  4. Practice negotiations to find out what you do well and how you can improve
