Current Roles/Previous Experience

Ashlee is currently a Design Manager at CAI, where she manages the end-to-end design process of the development of online courses and other academic innovation projects. Prior to CAI, she spent the majority of her career working in global education, where she has designed and managed study abroad programs at the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business, and IES Abroad. She has collaborated with faculty members from various academic disciplines to transition on-campus courses into international settings. In addition to her work in global education, Ashlee has experience in online course design from her role as AI/Machine Learning Program Manager at The Coding School, and university data and records management when she was a Program Manager for the Registrar’s Office at the Ross School of Business.
