I choose to work at CAI for the culture of collaboration, creativity, and operating in the unexpected. All of the people I interact with daily are kind, helpful, and seem to truly enjoy what they do. It’s an exciting space to be in right now!

Current Roles/Previous Experience

Melissa is currently a Design Manager at CAI. Prior to this, she was a Senior Academic Advisor for the Stephen M. Ross School of Business, working with graduate students. She also has prior experience in operations and recruiting for the Michigan Athletic Department.
