Why I Choose to Work at Academic Innovation

I enjoy working collaboratively and learning rapidly to develop courses that are aligned and visually interesting. I enjoy continually learning and challenging myself. I came to the CAI because I see the Learning Experience Designer role as a way to bring everything together.

Current Roles/Previous Experience

Michael has many years of experience in visual arts, graphic design, and online higher education, and has continually aspired to expand his knowledge and skills in these areas. His intellectual curiosity has led him to create a range of things including a python program that helps import rubrics to LMS as well as many educational and promotional videos. His passion for design led him to create multiple websites, design interactive flows, visualize data with infographics, and work collaboratively with subject matter experts to develop many online courses.
