Why I Choose to Work at Academic Innovation

I am energized by the mission to creatively address access and equity in higher education. CAI takes a thoughtful approach to leveraging technology and partnering with faculty and staff across the university.

Current Roles/Previous Experience

Ursula has worked in education, project management and operations, consulting, public policy, and communications. She has experience in both the public and private sectors and particularly enjoys spaces where the two intersect to find innovative solutions. She has previously partnered with universities across Indiana to create new programs to address workforce development challenges. She has also supported the creation and maintenance of online and hybrid adult learning programs for a diverse array of clients. Ursula brings this experience to her role as a Program Manager, where she partners with teams across the university to create robust online education experiences.
