My passion for education stems from the belief that it is the cornerstone of societal upliftment, empowering individuals to transform their lives. I am enthusiastic about contributing to an organization dedicated to shaping innovative educational practices that can truly make a difference in people’s lives and broader society.

Current Roles/Previous Experience

Yukti’s current role in Academic Innovation team involves taking a deep dive into the organization’s operational data, partnering closely with teams to fulfill data requests and reporting needs. Her role also requires conducting analyses related to financial, human resources, project performance, and marketing data.

Previously she spent four years working in the data analytics industry for multi national corporations and global customers in domains like manufacturing, car rental services and insurance. What truly motivated Yukti during her projects, is the profound impact data can have when leveraged to draw insights and analyze trends, shaping crucial decisions for businesses. This passion led her to pursue a master’s in business analytics from Arizona State University, aiming to fuse data preparation and engineering to serve organizational objectives post which she also interned as a Data Analyst at an EdTech platform called the Commons XR and helped team gauge their user engagement using data visualizations.
