Leading the next generation of transformative technologies is rooted in solving pain points for different audiences, and that is what I have cultivated in my previous work experiences. I have a track record of creating initiatives from the ground up to become successful, impactful, and sustainable organizations that utilize technology to change the world. I am confident that my experience and leadership will drive the University of Michigan to the next level in creating a leading center of XR for faculty, industry, students, and the community to change the world.

Current Roles/Previous Experience

As the Senior Director of Creative Studios, Jeremy oversees the strategic direction of Media Design Production and XR technologies and teams, aiming to create the next generation of online learning experiences. Under his leadership, Creative Studios blends high-quality media with cutting-edge technologies such as XR and Generative AI to enhance both residential and online curricula. His role involves not only leading innovative projects and experiments but also forging dynamic public/private partnerships to develop new educational technologies related to XR. Prior to his current position at AI, Jeremy was the co-founder and managing partner at Afia Inc, an Ann Arbor-based healthcare consulting firm. There, he led efforts across the country, helping organizations select and implement technology solutions that enhanced processes and improved patient experiences.
